#This room isn't popular usually, for it is specifically to talk this chat system itself. There are other rooms more populated (e.g. http://chaton.practical-scheme.net/gauche/ where we're talking about programming). BTW, this system 'Chaton' predates to Samsung's ChatON, which is totally unrelated.
